摘要： 为解决目前国内主流喷浆机在工作过程中喷射距离短的难题，研发了一种新型的TSN/B1N无尘化喷浆机。详细介绍了无尘化喷浆机的结构和参数设计，并进行了现场应用。现场应用表明：该喷浆机成功的实现了无尘化喷浆和500m远距离喷浆，其主要技术指标达到了预期的效果。

Abstract: Dust hazard and jet distance is short of domestic mainstream spraying machine problems encountered during the course of work. TSN/B1N dust-free spraying of new research and development success of the dust-free spraying and 500 meters long distance spray, well solve the above problems. This paper from the two aspects of the structure and parameters of the spraying machine is analyzed and designed. Through field application, the main technical indexes of the spraying machine to achieve the desired results.
